About My Program

Fit & Fab @ 40 is a step-by-step master plan created by me to give you a “no-fail” blueprint to stay forever fit and fabulous!

The Shape Master Method targets all the typical female problem areas such as love handles, under-bra fat, cellulite, and flabby bottoms. My training programs will have you bending, squatting, lifting, and sweating, but I promise it will all be worth it when you see and feel the results. Through this fitness journey together, expect some glute aches, sparkling sweat, and a whole lot of mic-drop moments.

“No pain, no gain” doesn’t have to be your motto; we’re here to make exercise enjoyable and rewarding, so you don’t have to dread your workout sessions. The gym is my true love, and I am not ashamed to admit it!

My name is Adrianna McDonald. I am the creator of “Fit & Fab @40”
I have coached clients from all walks of life with more than 15 years of working in the fitness industry. My passion for an active life began in my childhood. I played handball for almost 10 years, along with athletics and swimming. In my 20’s, I joined a gym and have never looked back on my own personal development.

My passion for fitness is evident through my dedication to helping people improve their health and body composition and other personal goals. More than being a typical personal trainer, I consider myself a “Workout Designer” and a “Fit Shape Coach.”
