My name is Adrianna McDonald. I am the creator of “Fit & Fab @40”, I am more than just your Virtual Trainer, I am your cheerleader, motivator, and much-needed agony aunt! I’m here to remind all women that they can and should be strong, capable, and confident in the gym and beyond.
I have coached clients from all walks of life with more than 15 years of working in the fitness industry. My passion for an active life began in my childhood. I played handball for almost 10 years, along with athletics and swimming. In my 20s, I joined a gym and have never looked back on my own personal development.
I am all-in on raising the bar of fitness for our fabulous forty-and-over ladies and getting you in shape, having fun, and crushing your gym goals.

For 4 years, I took my fitness challenge to the next level by competing in the bikini category on an international level. I competed in 10 shows, winning three of them and ranking in the top three in the others. I'm a proud mother of two and a firm believer that the only way to improve is to fall in love with repetition until it becomes second nature.
