Description:

This 90-day gym program is designed for women with decent gym knowledge and aims to target all important body parts. The program is divided into six phases, with each phase lasting two weeks, and the volume increasing gradually to ensure steady progress.

During the program, you will work out four times a week, carefully following video tutorials, assigned tempo, and rest periods to promote consistency and avoid injuries.
The program has been curated with utmost care, ensuring steady progress phase by phase and building a healthy, strong, and sexy body. Based on the principles of “bodybuilding “ & strength training, emphasising consistency, progressive overload, and injury prevention.

My program not only focuses on physical improvements but also mental well-being, encouraging the adoption of healthy habits to support long-term results. This program comes from professional coaching and been tested numerous times to ensure its success.
